Mostafa Elghalayini built the Friends Club equestrian and sports facility for his community in Gaza City, centered around his love of horse riding and a desire to create a safe haven for children in Gaza.

War ravaged Mostafa’s community after October 7, 2023, and he was forced to evacuate his home, leaving behind his beloved horses.

He found a brief refuge training horses in northern California but yearns to return to his homeland, find the horses that may still be alive and rebuild a space where children can heal and find peace again.
